Shipping Policy

Please note at this time we do not ship outside the US.

All items are processed and shipped between 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed.

    Please allow a few business days for tracking to update after you are sent your tracking number. This allows time for the shipping carrier to scan and begin movement on your order. In the event, your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window please contact us at gollyoodelallycustomerserice@gmail.com so we can investigate further. 

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the item(s) in your order. 

    Lost or Damaged

    Golly Oodelally Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

    If there is any defect with the product not related to shipping damage, please send me an email at gollyoodelallycustomerservice@gmail.com. I stand behind my products 100% will do my best to find a solution!
